Returning or Exchanging Items
Any orders delivered via UPS can be returned through our Interactive Returns Page or to a Banana Republic Home store within 30 days of receipt. Bedding and bath items can be returned or exchanged if they are still in their original packaging. You have up to 30 days from ship date to return or exchange items by mail that are purchased at Banana Republic Home. Please note, if returning items in person, Banana Republic Home items can only be returned to Banana Republic Home stores and won’t be accepted for returns at Banana Republic or Banana Republic Outlet stores.

Items are in their original condition: unused and like new. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items which are damaged or defective may be returned or exchanged at any time. Custom / made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I return my Banana Republic Home order in any Banana Republic store?
No, Banana Republic Home products can only be returned in Banana Republic Home stores. Home products cannot be returned to apparel-only Banana Republic locations.
